The Follow these guidelines for at least the next twenty-one days, and they will become new eating habits that will stay with you forever. Print them off and put them in places where you will see them every day.
Stick to three small healthy meals a day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Be grateful for each and every meal.
- Drink between three and six pints of water a day.
- Avoid eating a heavy dinner late in the evening.
- Eat slowly and chew your food well.
- Put your knife and fork down between each mouthful of food.
- Give your full attention to your food by eating consciously.
- Stop eating as soon as you feel full and throw any leftover food away.
- Cut out deserts after a full meal.
- Do not snack in between meals other than fruit or vegetables.
They are key elements for creating healthy new eating habits.
