Read More...Attracting Love Into Your Life
To attract more love into your life, attract your soul mate, and improve your relationships the following tips may be useful.
Take Loving Time Out
Each day put aside 5 to 10mins to sit quietly and create loving thoughts for the self and others. Read positive books, or just sit in silence and practise liking yourself. Do this daily and things will change.
Self Improvement
Remember that any work you do on yourself is extremely valuable, for you cannot give to someone else what you cannot give to yourself, so you must clear away any blocks to loving yourself. This can be done on a daily basis by just affirming to yourself: I am a radiant being filled with light and love. I love and accept myself exactly as I am Meditate daily using these affirmations and your life and relationships will change subtly over time but hugely with consistent effort. It is also important to love yourself by making loving choices, for example choosing to eat nourishing foods, exercise daily, and do things daily that lift your spirits.
Speak Loving Words
Let go of complaining and blaming the people in your life. When you complain and blame you push love away from you. See the good in everyone in your life and of course in yourself. Give up self criticism even if it gets a laugh. These comments are believed by the unconscious mind so start programming in positive beliefs about yourself.
Using affirmations
Using affirmations is a very good way of developing a resonance within yourself which will act as a magnet to attracting love into your life.
This is one of the basic laws of attraction. It is important that the words feel comfortable to you and are in line with who you are, create your own affirmations or use any of these examples.
My heart is always open and I radiate love.
Gratitude
Gratitude is an attitude that will draw good things to you. When you, from your heart give thanks for what you do have, you start to heal the past and create a bright future. No matter how black things look there is always something ... no matter how small, to be thankful for. So start now.
Forgiveness
Be willing to forgive anyone who you feel may have hurt you. It is also important to forgive yourself for mistakes in the past, move on and learn from them. Saying sorry with a genuine heart is a big step forward, as is saying to yourself “I am willing to forgive”. If you are struggling with issues of forgiveness for yourself or others, try using the meditation CD “Letting Go Moving On” – see below.
Make Loving Decisions
When ever you make a decision ask yourself. What would be the most loving thing to do? For myself and also for others? It may mean having to say no to people in order to be loving to yourself in terms of your time or your energy, in another example you may realise the loving decision would be to forget someone’s bad treatment of you and practice forgiveness. You will need to use your intuition and silent time to reflect on this but you will know what to do if you allow yourself to be guided by the principle of becoming more loving.
Create A Loving Environment
Look at your surroundings, do they reflect a loving attitude to the self. Are you surrounded by things that lift your heart. Make your personal space a haven. Fill it with beauty, great smells and colours you love. Make sure it is clean and clear. When you walk into your living space you need to feel welcomed and uplifted. Paste loving words on your fridge, put up pictures that represent love and fill your bookshelf with positive and loving books.
